Cystofibrescopes CYF-5 and CYF-5A
The introduction of the CYF-5 and CYF-5A flexible cystoscopes keeps Olympus at the
forefront of urological endoscopy.
To further reduce patient discomfort during insertion, a new bullet-style tip has
been developed, the EVOLUTIONTIP, achieved by using state-of-the-art moulding
technology. The EVOLUTIONTIP allows minimally invasive observation while keeping
unparalleled image quality and irrigation/treatment ability.
A detachable light guide cable has been adopted on the CYF-5 and CYF-5A to improve
handling of, and simplify instrument reprocessing. The CYF-5 and CYF-5A may
also be used in combination with a miniature light source (MAJ-922), allowing portability
and therefore more versatility for the user. |
