How do I have a product repaired?

Have your product serviced with genuine Olympus parts by shipping or bringing it in to one of our Olympus Authorized Service Centers. Typical repairs require 7-10 business days (from the date warranty product is received or estimate is approved).

Repair Process

All Olympus repairs include the checking of all functions and replacement/adjustment of any parts necessary. Products are thoroughly cleaned and tested until they meet factory specifications and are deemed fully functional.
